We select quality lumber to ensure that our products are dependable and can be enjoyed for many years to come. We select quality lumber to ensure that our products are dependable and can be enjoyed for many years to come.
Once we select premium quality lumber, we meticulously match and sand each piece. The material then undergoes a multi-step finishing process that ends with the application of a catalyzed conversion topcoat to prevent scratching and improve longevity. During every stage of the manufacturing process, our products undergo a thorough evaluation to guarantee that the end product is immaculate.
Every cabinet we produce features dovetail construction and is built to last. First, premium quality plywood side panels interlock with the solid wood face frame through matching dovetail grooves. Then, a solid half-inch piece of plywood is utilized for the back to ensure stability and a long-lasting structure. Finally, wood corner braces are screwed into plywood beams to tie the entire structure together.
Our solid plywood shelves are designed with durability in mind and will never move from their desired location due to our ever-lock system. This system features stainless steel clips that lock into pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the shelf. This prevents movement and ensures the sturdiness of the shelf and overall structure of the cabinet.
Smooth-closing doors and drawers come standard on every cabinet we manufacture. Our compact hinges are adjustable and feature impeccable functionality while our full-extension drawers maximize storage and feature gentle but fluid motion.
Our transitional full overlay doors almost completely cover the face frame and create a pristine and clean appearance. Our transitional full overlay doors almost completely cover the face frame and create a pristine and clean appearance.
I do not have enough amazing things to say about this company! From the start, Erva team were nothing short of incredible. They met with me to design our kitchen layout, provided samples of various cabinet options/colors and gave me a tour of the warehouse to show how well the cabinets are built. I have a carpentry background and recognized that JK cabinets are made very well and look great too! I’ve had them for two months now and have zero complaints. All are soft close drawers/doors. Message me after a few years and I’ll be happy to provide an update on quality. Again, ERVA were truly amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!
I had such a smooth experience working with Erva Cabinets and Stone. They completely customized my kitchen counter and cabinets, and it came exactly how I envisioned it. Everyone was extremely responsive, and the work only took 1.5 days!
I started investigating Kitchen Cabinets and Countertops during the planning stages of a home renovation project in the spring of 2017. I visited many of the large Granite and Countertop showrooms, and well-known Kitchen Cabinet showrooms and Big Box Home Centers, and online suppliers. I investigated materials and construction methods, as well as hardware like hinges and pulls, and options like pull out shelves and prices of all. I spoke to salespeople to get opinions and insights into the products and get an idea as to timing and installation. I compiled comparisons based on a theoretical set of cabinets that I had designed to fit our space. In other words, I was very thorough in my research.
