Return Policy

By signing/confirming this invoice, you confirm that your order is correct and acknowledge Erva Cabinets is not responsible for any customer designs, measurements, and calculations. Absolutely NO RETURNS ON INSTALLED CABINETS. Returns/Claims/Exchanges require original receipt. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for any returned/exchanged items. Customers will receive credit after the merchandise is returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to report ANY damages or shortage if not notified beforehand. All quantities ordered are the sole responsibility of the customer. Assembled cabinet orders must be picked up within 7 days after being notified or they are subject to a storage fee of $30 per day. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Erva Cabinets, all orders must be paid in full at the point of sale. Orders will not be processed for pick up or delivery until 100% payment is received and/or reconciled. Erva Cabinets reserves the right to accept or decline a customer’s order at any time for any reason. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks and payments. Your pickup/delivery date is noted on your sales order confirmation. Such a date is subject to change. Erva Cabinets does not guarantee delivery/pickup dates and availability of items. After your order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order. All confirmed orders are final. All quotations will be honored for 15 business days from the date the quotation was generated.
